RENT AGREEMENT DEED This Rent Agreement is made and executed on this 01/07/2026 day of lease commencement, by and between: FIRST PARTY (Landlord): Mr./Ms. Ram Kumar, Residing at: Flat No. 102, Sharda Nagar, Saharanpur (hereinafter referred to as the 'Landlord'). AND SECOND PARTY (Tenant): Mr./Ms. Amit Sharma, Residing at: Permanent Address (hereinafter referred to as the 'Tenant'). WHEREAS the Landlord is the sole and absolute owner of the premises situated at: Flat No. 102, Sharda Nagar, Saharanpur and has agreed to let out the same to the Tenant. NOW THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH AS UNDER: 1. The tenancy shall be effective from 01/07/2026. 2. The Tenant shall pay a monthly rent of Rs. 12,000/- (Rupees only) on or before the 5th day of every calendar month. 3. The Tenant has deposited a sum of Rs. 24,000/- as an interest-free security deposit, refundable upon vacant possession. 4. The tenancy shall be valid for a duration of 11 months, extendable by mutual consent in writing.
